Anaheim The City Council has some dirty business to take up Tuesday: marijuana, rats and sewers.

At its 5 p.m. regular meeting, the council will consider the following items:

• A ban on marijuana dispensaries is expected to get final approval. Last week, the council unanimously voted to forbid the outlets within city limits.

Chief John Welter said safety problems were tied to one dispensary, including a violent armed robber and illegal drug activity. Also, he said businesses around it moved out or closed down.

• The council is planning to add an emergency item to address a problem of vermin violations at the city-owned Angel Stadium. The council plans to discuss the issue in a closed meeting starting at 4 p.m.

• Sewer fees may be set for new and expanded buildings in central Anaheim. The amounts will vary by location and size.

The meeting will be held at City Hall, 200 S. Anaheim Blvd. Information: www.anaheim.net
