Owner of Morro Bay pot dispensary enters plea in Los Angeles court

SANTA BARBARA

The owner of the Morro Bay pot dispensary entered a plea in Los Angeles court today.

Charles Lynch put in a plea of not guilty in the attorney general's office in Los Angeles.

Lynch was arrested last month by DEA agents at his home in Arroyo Grande and is being charged with manufacturing and distributing marijuana.

His next court date is scheduled for August 28th.
